How We Do It:
- You issue Post Seminar Coaching a license to use your
company name under which we conduct coaching of your graduates
in return for a fee to your company.
- We work directly with your company to ascertain the key
precepts of your training.
- We then work with the class participant on their goals,
values, and needs. Our job is to help the graduates integrate
what they know (or have just learned or experienced) into
existing values, needs, and goals so that it works for them
These core elements are all elicited from the individual
and varies each time. In order to be "in integrity"
as a coach, we encourage and support the individual, give
exercises (some of which you or your staff may have suggested),
we expect results, hold them accountable, and help the individual
deal with obstacles along the way. At all times we help
the client discover "his/her own truth" and do
not force a process or way of thinking.
- Our coaches work from the perspective that the most successful
leaders in today's environment and in today's business world
have to be flexible - to be able to integrate what they
learn with what they already know and with what is going
on in the world to come up with effective decisions, etc.
We believe that the most effective leadership training and
development incorporates learned principles (your curriculum)
with a practice ground (the participant's work and life environment),
and that support and reiteration (coaching) of the basic principles
or precepts gives the person the confidence, skills, and the
courage to move forward or on to the next level of your program.
The Mechanics:
- We obtain a license from your company to use your company
name (and pay you for this).
- Post Seminar Coaching then tailors our program to fit
your individual company needs.
- Our coaching is done primarily via the telephone in either
one-on-one sessions with the class participant or in group
sessions via a telephone bridge. This cutting edge technology
serves your geographically dispersed seminar participants
in a cost effective and effective manner. It provides flexibility
in the frequency, composition, and size of the group.
